    Cinema Infrastructure Experts

    We are a group of experienced industry advisors who act as consultants on all aspects of cinema.

    With senior backgrounds within the film exhibition and distribution industries as well as the real estate development sector our expertise allows us to be involved from the inception of a project, its economic modelling, design and optimal layout, construction right through to the ultimate operation.

    Our clients range from the major and midsized development companies, investors, town planning organisations right through to concerned local government bodies. Motivations range from those who just wish to understand the dynamics of a modern commercial cinema right through

    to including a cinema as part of the mix within their development projects.

    Cinemas are increasingly important to local governments and communities who want to provide a diverse choice for their constituents. Including a cinema in a community can dramatically widen the range of activities to that community and in turn can have an enormous "knock on" impact to the economic and social life within that district.

    We also consult to cinema operators who want to understand the latest legislative and international developments that impact their operation. We operate largely in Oceania, South and South East Asia as well as Korea, Russia, The European Union and North and South America.

    Research, Design, Build and Operate

    Cinema is generally the most popular form of paid leisure activity for any given demographic. We work with the government, local community, developers and other interested parties to deliver a viable and enjoyable cinema that fits within the constraints of that community. In Australia there are consistently about 90 million plus paid admissions per annum. Attending a cinema is more popular than visiting a Museum or going to the Theatre, a Zoo or an Aquarium or even attending a paid Sporting Event. This is part of a wider international pattern and these statistics are largely mirrored wherever modern facilities are built and operated correctly.

    Cinema is part of the "essential" social fabric of a community and many communities benefit from its presence. It is especially sad, particularly in today's challenging environment, that more cinemas are not included when considering new town ship developments. A modern Cinema, as an entertainment offering for the community, increases the range, depth and complexity of entertainment options, not necessarily associated with alcohol, for adults and in particular teenagers.

    Current technological developments coupled with appropriate development planning means the actual cost of providing for a cinema within township developments is more achievable than ever before.
